What is your goal in life??

If you have any answer to it, Think harder

For there is no answer to it

And the goal is to die...

  1. are you sure that your goal is to die? I think death is probably more of an end point. But in between the process, before you die, there must be something you want to achieve. That's your goals, isn't it? haha.

  2. sure it is... there are bound to some achievements one wishes to obtain.. however, think deep enough, it is all nothing... though it is mere euphoria at that moment, it then falls back to reality again...

Then again, isnt death what we are looking towards for... When you are old enough, you will understand, hopefully.. I am old le and am very tired... Needs some light as a guide... haha...

  3. AHAH! hello..u old ar! are u trying to insult me? HAHAHA!

i'll say death as a checkpt, not a goal. True, achieving your goals give u a sense of euphoria, but they're real too! It is part of reality.

And, not many people looks forward to death. Trust me, many elderly still wan to have a meaningful life and they do not wish to die.

Those who want to die are those without goals or can't find any meaning n their life. They feel lost and find life a waste of time. Those are the ones that sees death as a goal that they need to achieve.

  4. tsk tsk... haha... yeah all of us are old.. no longer young le lol.. have to make sure our decisions are right on track... haha.. but this post was made because some disturbing happen.. shall not comment about it and i feel i have emerged past thru that event..

so i guess regarding elderly, it was inappropriate here and i was not refering to anyone of that age group..

try looking past everything.. and you will realise, it is actually nothing at all..

regarding your last statement, i would say this is only true for superficial death... if one is enjoying every moment of their life, or rather letting himself experience everything totally, even when death comes, they would gladly accept it...

i have been trying to achieve that state, but it is not easy i would say...
